Ollin Movement Coming soon · 2026
Ollin · Nahuatl for movement

Built for your brain, not their expectations.

Planning your day is easy. Staying in it isn't. Ollin holds the thread of everything you're building, so coming back never feels like starting from zero.

Private beta · opening soon
One email, once — the day Ollin opens. No noise, no drip campaign.
You're on the list. Talk soon.
You know the day

Ever have those days when you forget your list by 10:07 AM, want to quit by 1:10 PM, and you're spent by 5?

Yeah. Same.

Most tools help you plan your day. Ollin helps you get back into it. When things fall apart, you don't need a better plan — you need a way back in.

System overview
How Ollin works.
01 //

Dump it out

No structure. No pressure. Just get it out of your head.

02 //

We make it manageable

A simple plan, sized to the energy you actually have.

03 //

Come back when it breaks

And it will. That's when Ollin steps in.

The part that makes step 03 real: Ollin remembers. Every project lives in a room that holds your notes, decisions, and next steps — so "come back" means walking into a room that's already set up, not digging through storage.
Not another "ADHD-friendly" app
Never start over.

No streaks. No guilt screens. When the day gets away from you, Ollin gives you a soft, specific way back in — whichever one fits the moment. You were never lazy; you were re-building from scratch, every time. That part is over.

You won't see all of this at once. Ollin only shows you the door that fits the moment — and quietly learns which ones actually help.

The science

It's cognitive. It was never character.

ADHD research keeps confirming what you already knew from the inside: the struggle lives in the brain's executive functions — working memory, planning, task switching, getting restarted — not in effort, intelligence, or willpower. "Try harder" was never the answer. Tools built for how your brain actually works are.

Ollin is a support tool designed around executive function, not a medical device or treatment.

Where Ollin helps
Working memoryOllin holds the context so your head doesn't have to.
Task re‑initiationThe hardest ADHD moment — restarting — becomes one step back into the room.
PlanningWhat's next is always waiting for you, decided while you still had the thread.
SwitchingMove between projects without dropping either one — each room keeps its own thread.

What's inside, day one.
Ask Ollin

AI that already knows where you left off.

Not another chatbot. Ask one question and Ollin answers from everything it's holding for you — your notes, decisions, open questions, next steps. No re-explaining, no prompt engineering, no conversation to manage. It's AI designed around executive function: it does the remembering so the answer meets you where you actually are.

One question · full context · one grounded answer
Smart Calendar

Brain dump in. Time-blocked day out.

You don't need a perfect plan — you need one that fits the day you're actually having. Tell Ollin what's in your head and it gives you back something simple enough to follow, soft enough to forgive you. Yours, not the app's. And if today gets away from you, you just come back.

The safety net

Systems help. People heal.

"Just do it. You know what to do." This is why I built Ollin.
This is why, for the last three years, I have been working on Ollin — researching, reading, interviewing healthcare professionals, reading studies, interviewing neurodivergent professionals, kids, elderly folks, and people who have family and friends who are neurodivergent. I have put in the work. But we understand: we can only support so much. That is why this network of humans who have dedicated their lives to ADHD is our saving grace.

A note from Marcos
I built Ollin because I needed it. If you're in the thick of it and want to talk — not as a user, just as a human — my door's open.
